FAQs and Studio Rules
We treat our studio with love and respect
At Props Studios we have a passion for the craft. We aspire to create an atmosphere where artists can flourish, and manifest their ideas in the most creative ways. To ensure that we can provide a hospitable environment to our clients, guests, and friends, our guidelines are as follows:

Please! NO Smoking inside or near entrance
Our studio is located in quiet downtown Pinole, next to City Hall, the Police Department, and one block away from St. Joseph School. We are a small family owned and operated studio, and value our beautiful and clean community. Smoking is NOT allowed in our studio, and we would really appreciate it if you refrain from smoking near the entrance, as there are many families and children waking by daily, and we share the building with other small businesses.
We ask that you use the studio space and equipment with care and to return all items in the same condition as received. Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment or studio property caused by renter or guests of renter during session time.

NO Gangster Rap music videos or Adult/Boudoir Photoshoots
Due to the explicit/adult nature of Gangster Rap music videos and Boudoir shoots, we have decided to limit rentals for such occasions.
We welcome all singers, rappers, dancers, models, and content creators to be as vibrant and sexy as they like! But please keep your production limited to PG-13. We require access to our office room at all times which is inside the studio, and we may need to pass by during your session (not very likely, but possible).

"Can I play loud music during my session?"
We ask that all music played in the studio remains at a reasonable volume and does not contain Explicit language. Basically, if our neighbors complain, then it's too loud. If you require some higher level of volume during your video shoot, we recommend that you book from 5pm-10pm, when our neighboring businesses are closed for the day.

"How many people can I bring?"
Our private studio can comfortably host up to 8 people (total) per booking. Although we have space to host more, we prefer to leave some extra room for comfort, mobility, props, and most importantly, safety.

"How early do I need to book?"
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

"Can I cancel my booking?"
Yes you may cancel, but we ask that you cancel your session at least 48 hours before booking date/time.

"Can I bring my own props?"
You are welcome to bring your own props, as long as you don't damage anything in our studio during move in and out, and remember to take it with you when you depart. Please don't forget any of your props, we don't have a Lost and Found section so it will just become a part of our studio. Not to worry, we will take good care of it, it might become something entirely different, but it won't collect dust. We love props!

"Can you assemble one of the House Sets that is not currently on display?"
Absolutely! When you book Full Access, you can pick any set from our Gallery, even if it's not currently on display, and we will assemble it in time for your session. Make sure to include in the description of booking. We require a non-refundable $50 deposit upon booking. The deposit will go towards your bill.

"When and how do I pay?"
Payments are to be made in full upon signing our Release of Liability form at the beginning of your session. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, Ca$hApp, PayPal, Zelle.
If you book a Full Access session and would like us to assemble a set from Gallery that isn't currently on display, we require a non-refundable $50 deposit upon booking. The deposit will go towards your bill.

"Can you provide a photographer or videographer for us?"
Yes! Contact us using the form on our Booking page, you can leave the Date and Time section blank, and describe what you like a photographer/videographer for in the "How can we help" section. We will reach back as soon as possible.
